Yes

I have shortlisted and invested in this property after a lot of research. A little over my budget but decided to stretch after seeing the specs of the property. Just 3KMS from Koramangala, Reputed Builder, Interesting property layout coupled with a lot of amenities. Seems to be the best in the lots that I had seen. Salarpuria GREENAGE

One of the good projects plan which is completely spoiled by greedy Salarpuria sister concern Sattva. 1. Project is under litigation and titles are not marketable. Two legal notices already issued warning all new buyers to buy property in this project in FEB2010. 2. Project launched in June / July 2008. Till date only Ist floor built. 3. Cost price per sqft very high. 4. Proximity to State highway creates lot of sound disturbance in the complex through out the day.Check Rating
