The project price is quoted between 3000 to 3500, but it is not worth in view of the builder reputation, Project Plan and quality of construction. The rate should be in between 2600 to 2900. This is 3rd construction from this builder in bangalore & even last 2 construction are not so great. The resale value is really a concern for this property.Check Rating

the price of this project is quoted between 3000 to 3500; but it is not worth in view of the priceline to crash in the near future; there may be none to buy during the impending market fall; prices are to crash below the level of 2009-10; one can wait to buy after sept-11Check Rating
