I too agree that Oceanus has done a great job. The overall quality, choice of materials, fit and finish , look and feel is pretty decent if not at par with Shobha of Purva. I am a resident in Monarda and I think I got my value for money. Good job Oceanus!Check Rating

Good Amenities at Optimum price

Yes

All constructions in Bangalore have some or the other problems. Oceanus Folks have done a fair job in terms of construction quality, amenities and overall greenery in the complex. The management and builder is friendly .. not rude like Sobha & Purva. Overall team is very supportive and do a good jobCheck Rating
