Don't make a mistake of buying a apartment from this developer. He is a BIG fraud. My friends are staying in SAI Poorna Paradise and these are the list of problems they are facing: 1. Outdoor painting is not competed 2. Swimming Pool is not completed 3. Gym is a joke 4. Very substandard quality lifts. 5. Parking is badly designed 6. Katha transfer not yet done 7. Lot of incomplete work in the apartment. People from the association have filed a consumer case against the builder. The builder is a big fraud. He is straight away told the residents of the apartment that he will not undertake any work. Don't ever make a mistake of doing business with this guy.Check Rating
