Anriya Dwellington is a luxurious 168 unit apartment complex. The Penthouses are the most sought after due to it\'s massive 2 floor size and even bigger private terrace. The pool facing penthouses will give certain 5 star suits a run for its money.
Fit and finish of the houses is par excellence and security is top notch. There is also a back up gen set to ensure 24 hour electicity.
However, water is a concern as they depend mainly on private tankers. Expect a 3 hour water cut on a daily basis (usually post mid night).
Car park is not included in the price, so be prepared to shell 1 lac plus for a single slot. The basement car park is near full as most residents have multiple cars here.
House keeping staff ensure common areas are kept clean and they have a dedicated handy man who doubles as an electrician and plumber. Quite reliable.
Recreation includes a swimming pool, decent gym with functioning equipment and a snooker table. There is a jogging track as well.
The location is excellent and prestigious. It is close o hospitals, shopping centers, schools and even the ring oad to the airport. Expect the prices to sky rocket in near future.
All in all, this is one of the more luxurious apartments and true value for money. There are 2 and 3 bhk flats. But the ones to go for are the sprawling 2000sqft+ pent houses. It is truly luxury re-defined.
