This is an apartment which is value for money just by the fact of its convenient location, low monthly maintenance.
Good and proactive efforts by the Janapriya Apartment Owner\'s Association has brought in a very positive change in the living environment.
On the flip side, owner\'s letting out flats to students and lack of civic sense by the residents in keeping the surroundings clean is a big minus.
This apartment complex is a good future investment with its proximity to Yelahanka and airport road
