Excellent gated community with a few MAJOR issues that need to be ironed out! The houses within are well constructed, with a polished look and looks secure for most part. Every house has an independent parking space with ample room for up to two cars. Although, I am not particularly happy about the adjoining dilapidated and rickety 80s building that the community shares its space with! You will also be welcomed by a few friendly stray dogs at the entrance of the project. That said, none of the other flaws really matter once you have tried using the shower at one of these houses or \"villas\" as they refer to here. I don\'t have the complete down-low (DL!), but you can rest assured that the community/project\'s water supply is horrendous at best! It\'s also in your best interests to bring in your own drinking water supplies as well :) Hope this helps. /Robin
