The project price is quoted between 3000 to 3500, but it is not worth in view of the builder reputation, Project Plan and quality of construction. The rate should be in between 2600 to 2900. This is 3rd construction from this builder in bangalore & even last 2 construction are not so great. The resale value is really a concern for this property.
