Staying here for almost 6 months now. Here are my impressions. Nice location. Good balconies. Nicely done. Ample air and light. Lots of greenery around (Not in apt but some plots around it) Parking - Basement pillars are poorly designed. People get confused all the time and park on the exit points blocking others. It will be a HUGE problem once all the apts are occupied. construction - Several design issues. Phone and electric cables were not connected properly lots of flats were dug up to fix missing cables in rooms. Electric connections are faulty. You never know pressing which switch will trip entire apt\'s electric supply. Not fixed till date. Plaster is peeling off from some of the wall corners. Mosquito mesh installed in balconies is of very cheap quality already broken from couple of places. Overall, good place to invest, living is a different matter altogether.
