This is not an expensive project, but an okay one with a cheap price. Location is good as it is right on the Alwar-bye pass that is also getting widened within a year. Price of about Rs 14-15 lakhs(inclusive everything) for a 2 BhK is decent and this area is so cheap that it has to go up from here. Township from Piyush is well planned, but buyer should keep an eye on the progress of construction, which is in full-swing right now.
In my opinion, you get what you pay for and this looks okay....
