Reviews On Ajnara Gen-X

This review is regarding Ajnara Gen X, NH 24, Crossing republik. I booked an apartment in March 2003. S-208, Saffron tower. Let I rate the property as per asked manner. 1. Parking: Can\'t say anything for parking since it\'s final layout will be visible after possession only. 2. Have visited the site around dozen of times since March 2009 starting when there was just a big hole in the ground for the plinth of tower(referring Saffron)and their corporate office was next to it. Now old corporate office and sample flat has been replaced by another tower and new temporary corporate office is in the ground floor of Saffron tower. As I observed material used is satisfying including steel tor, cement , equipments used, base design etc). 3. Safety: Never been there at night. Lighting at road seems enough. Can\'t say for security since possession is yet to be made. Crossing group\'s own apartments(other side of road) have been delivered. Their security arrangement seems satisfying, believe other builders(like Ajnara) will opt similar standards. One thing which I like is the underground entry for Orbit Plaza is one-way i.e you can enter the Orbit Plaza without exiting Ajnara territory but no one can enter from Orbit to Ajnara territory via same route. Means one has to get cleared at gate security always to enter Ajnara. 4. Maintenance: Citing for maintenance at this phase is not applicable since possession is yet to be done. 5. Location: Location of property is superb, this is the primary factor which drove me to go for Ajnara. Ajnara Gen X is right in the center of Crossing republik. I opted PLC for second floor and golf facing means there is a big park in front of my balcony followed by Orbit plaza across the road. There is no chance to get surrounded by others\' balconies just opposite to my front. Next to Orbit plaza there will be a world class garden(as in Crossing\'s projected map) followed by artificial lake. Next to it there will be township\'s integrated Golf course. 6. Green area: As I mentioned earlier there is a big park in front of Ajnara Gen X (Over underground path way for Orbit plaza and inside Ajnara territory), flower garden across the road and golf course next to lake makes it much green as compare to most of the residential areas. 7. Overall rating: Overall I am satisfied for my decision so far. Price is little above than NOIDA extension. When I went to buy, the selling agent (Investor\'s clinic) already suggested that possession time might extend by 6 months at least, which is true indeed. December 2010 is gone three months back and towers are yet not completed. Skeleton of towers is done, finishing is in process. I am in no hurry but I believe that will get the reward for price and patience.
