Few good points and few bad

Yes

This building has few good and few bad points. To start with good points i could see only two, the first one is the location, it is nicely located at a Metro Corridor near metro station right on the Mg road surrounded by nice malls, apartments and offices this building it self has office space so as far as retail is concerned there is good advantage because of offices in the building and surrounding area secondly shops have good height so a maze nine floor can be added now disadvantages are poor floor plans and huge pillars between shops which cuts the area. Elevation of the building is not that impressive as compared to others in the near vicinity. Check Rating
