Pathetic investment to make. If you are already an owner of this property I\'ve full sympathy with you. I invested in 2007 since then construction is at basement level which also started last year. I don\'t expect Vipul would ever construct this since they are already holding 60% of your money on which they are enjoying. Infact they have changed the unit number due to change in floor plan, which is also a negative point since I have got useless unit now.Check Rating

Was this vipul world commercial before

Yes

I am still confused about this project vipul business park, was it know as vipul world commercial ? if this is the same project then of course i would like to comment on it. Location a good plus point especially at the price this commercial office space is assailable. Vipul has delayed this project, what i heard was some dispute i really have no idea but some local property dealers said that there is a court case going on and that has delayed the construction. i personally still feel that seeing the reputation of vipul this project would be good property to bet on with low prices and nice location an ultra modern building elevation and all facilities.
