Spaze edge, a commercial project having retail shops and office spaze is one of the initial project built by Spaze towers pvt ltd, I got this unit on 2 nd floor an year back at that time the price was Rs 7400 and with in few month of my purchase went down by 1000 rs may be because of speculation, any ways about the complex it is okay though as per the specifications and feature spaze edge fulfills all criteria s of an ultra modern building but elevation wise its not at all attractive few units don't get any light and are very dark. I think a sudden demand in office space attracted lot of builders to go for commercial projects and now it is in excess. Do let me know id some want to take space on rent.
