You must be wondering why i say this "Office Space in the middle of desert" , I think for you to understand this you have to be on the site, This is located approximately 100- 200 meters away from the main sohna road in sector 69 at present there is no road, though company said that there would be road constructed very soon and even metro is planned on the road but if u are there on the site what u see is just loads of sand as if you are in the desert, i wish this site had a feature to upload a photo so i would have shown you guys the picture. I believe this is a futuristic project will give returns in future but still better options are available like vipul trade center. Elevation is very impressive, i advice even if you wanna buy this project buy it on assured return.
