Vipul World Commercial is a good and cheap office space, there has been delay in construction because of some dispute between the villagers and the company but now to my knowledge that has been settled. It is on Main sohna road and as compared to other projects like Spaze edge, ILd it is cheap. Entry of the building is bit bad but i think in coming future lot of small encroachments will be removed and this will be something like golf course road but as of now when the commercial space is in excess i think it is better to invest or buy something on golf course and sohna connecting road which is called golf course extension road, even metro is going to come there in near future.
