These are one of the worst flats i have seen except that they are located very near to NH 8 and transportation is available there is no advantage of renting or buying these flats last monsoons there was water logging inside the compound of the building, surrounded by lot of commercial office spaces there is often a traffic jam near the entrance, i don't understand still these apartments price over a crore. I feel there would be crash in residential prices in gurgaon because of bad infrastructure, space wise these apartments are good Each apartment has four spacious bedrooms, three balconies and a utility room.
