This is one of DLF's oldest construction in Gurgaon, Interiors are bad , exteriors are pathetic . the only good thing in these flats is open space which we dont get to see these days.

I do agree with u about the age of building but as far as the interiors are concerned they are not that bad, there was a seepage problem some time back but that has been repaired by the condominium association, but still lot of people prefer these apartments because of its location opposite market, close to delhi and above all space as difference between carpet and super area is negligible. I vote for these apartments for price, space and location and who else has such open area ?
