Dlf sumit is very nicely located in phase 5 of dlf surrounded by good green area. These apartments come in 3 variants special, corner and standard having 3500, 3300 and 2950 sq ft of area respectively. Possession has been delayed a bit but still a good buy with that kind of a huge 4 bedroom area at a decent price. I think anyone who likes bit secluded location would prefer these flats though they are not far from the congested dlf golf course road but still being approximately a km inside, this is facing aravalis which is a forest area with no construction taking place.
