These apartments are designed as per seismic consideration for Zone V,it has Imported marble in living,dining, passage & lobby. Toilets and Kitchen equipped with Jaguar make or equivalent superior quality single lever CP fittings, Chinaware, Internal doors have polished and painted hardwood frames with polished/painted moulded skin/flush shutters.Copper piping for water supply, Sprinkler system for fire safety in all areas as per norms, water softening plant and sewage treatment plant. Main entrance lobby is air conditioned , 100 % power supply and good security, Overall very decent apartments located on golf course but yes again prices are as per the facilities and specifications
