Palm Grove Heights is located at the entrance of Ardee City right next to the sector road, within 1.5 kms of Metro Station and 4 major hospitals (paras, Max, Fortis, Artemis). These have flats measuring 1850, 2350 and 2850 sqft. They have very good layout and excellent floor area ratio (amongst the highest in NCR i.e. for the sale able area the carpet area you will get in this project is very high, comparable only to the ATS Greens project in Noida). The only slight negative with this is that the constriction has been delayed for years however now there is excellent progress being made. Most of the owe structure are ready and in some of them final touches to flooring/ wiring etc is being done and should be handed out in next 6 months. Also, the price for these ranging from 3800-4200 is very reasonable for the location and area you are getting. Also, other charges like parking etc are reasonable and therefore the total cost of ownership should be lot less than the other projects under constrcution.
