Reviews On Palm Grove Heights

There has been general belief that Palm Grove has a very good Carper to Super BuiltUp Area ratio. This seems to be based on the individual flat-plan shown on the website and brochure. In actual though, the flats have been built smaller. The difference is quite noticeable in 2300 SqF unit, though discerpancies exist in 1850 SqF too. I checked with a number of brokers but none is interested in exploring. They, obviously, feel it is quite contrary to their interest. Ardee itself has skeleton staff at site who claims ignorance. The talk to their Marketng people in Delhi office also brought out little by response. Using this platform to check if any existing owner can share the authentic plan for 2350 SfF flat and have a comparison made. In case the difference noticed, has anyone reaction got from Ardee?
