I am a owner of a flat in Green Ville. The builder is not trust worthy. People who are managing are pathetic. No professionalism. Construction quality is very poor. My works are still pending after 6 months of possession.The fittings are so bad that it has started corroding.
My suggestion that Builder is not good. don't bye or come on rent. Maintenance agency is pathetic. They only charge you without any service.
