Raheja Atharva an air conditioned, luxury & Eco-Friendly apartment located at Delhi-Gurgaon border. Good connectivity with 5 to 7 minutes drive from IGI Airport & 2 to 5 minutes drive from 150m Ring Road of Gurgaon, Palam Vihar & proposed Metro Corridor. Raheja Atharva offers modern lifestyle features like Private Club, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Tennis Courts, Spa, Steam Sauna, 24 hrs. power back-up, Modular Kitchen, Hi-tech security system, School, Shopping Complex etc. The specifications at Raheja Atharva includes Italian stone finish tiles for Living / Dining rooms. The bedrooms have laminated wooden flooring. Pastic emulsion paint for Walls in pleasing shades & white plastic emulsion paint ceiling. The fittings and fixtures includes CP Fittings, designer lights and modular switches. Anti skid granite tile flooring for balconies. The walls of the balconies are painted in weather coat emulsion. The structure is Earthquake resistant RCC framed structure.

Despite the rating being 2 and location being poor surprised to see the company quoting Rs. 3850 per sqft. I have my own doubt if a genuine end user will pay Rs.3,000/- per sqft. Any feedback from people who have invested in this project. I mean end users.
