Tatvam villas are a part of integrated Township, vipul world. It has villas in various sizes with built up area from 3000 to 7650 sq ft of area. The site plan is pretty impressive and the floor plan is good as well, no doubt it would be a good property to live in once it is ready for possession, as of now what i feel is that the price is just too expensive that may be the reason vipul is still not able to sell all their villas by now. It has numerous amenities and facilities exclusively for tatvam villas like Amphi theatre, SPA, tennis and basket ball court and many more.
