These floors are independent and are very nicely located at Ardee city which is again near a metro station. Vipul floors itself are not a huge housing accommodation but have home for 72 families, even parsvnath has apartments in ardee city though ardee city is strategically located close to Nh 8 but somehow it is not that ell maintained like roads and all. However even the prices are not high over here as compared to others in the near location.
