I have been living in Wembley since Sep 09. Overall society is excellent!! Peaceful with all the required amenities, 100% water and power backup. along with nice multi level security. One of the hallmark is its amazing Landscaping. however in terms of construction quality it is pathetic. Just drilling a nail is an uphill task and even a single nail does not lasts for even a day!! The design of the rooms is another major issue. even door/ window handles/ latch are of extremely poor quality. The wood used in kitchen storage/ cupboards is of very shabby quality. No thought seems to have been given in provision of adequate dimensions, like proper space in kitchen for washing machine/fridge. Storage spaces in cupboards. In all the work by the developer is extremely disappointing.
