Indu was a small time builder and has overnight got a contract to build the Indu Fortune Fields. Indu doesnt have the expertise to build the end to end projects and thats proven in the Gardenia (Apartments), he just made it a conrete structure without aesthetic sense for amenities and landscaping/greenery. Even the quality of construction is not upto the standards of good builders like Aparna/MyHome/Aditya. Indu cant be compared to any of the existing renowned builders mentioned above, but the price Indu quotes is more than any of the standard builders, but the quallity he delivers is far below the standards. You can come and visit the Indu fortune Fileds Gardenia(Apartments)..you can really feel the bad quality delivered. Please be carefull before you sign up with Indu..especially they dont have the habit of delivering on what they promise..neither they have the experise to deliver a quality product.Check Rating
