http://www.adityacc.com/html/ongoing_imperial-heights.html Review : Pros\' : 1) Excellent facade and overview, I think it will be one of the best looking apartments in Hyderabad , Good Land scaping , Club house , A/c GYM , swimming pool ,childrens Play areas , Piped gas etc 2)Closer to Hi-tech city when compared to My Home Jewel ,Alians , SMR , Lanco , Manjeera etc( 5 kms from cyber towers (Hitech city) and 1 km from kondapur RTA office ) 3) less than a kilometer from hafeezpet railway station and half km from city bus stop 4) just beside upcoming shopping mall (phonix) 5) surrondaed by world class gated communities like My home Jewel , Sri sai ram towers , Kalki Heights etc 6)This is the best option for guys ( likie NRI\'s , software engineers ,Doctors) who would like to take less home loan and pay more as cash at the end of two years tenure as we have Pre EMI offer ( no Emi till possession so we have to pay 10 to 15% now and remaining only after posession ) 7)Nice floor plans 8)Wide range of apartments to choose from Finally Best Price : Neighboring Kondapur has around 3000 to 3200 per sq feet now but here we pay 2600 after 2 years (we pay only booking amount now) Ppl who have no hurry to move in , I think Aditya Imperial park is a great investment. Go for it.
