The propertyy has a good outside look but the brick work of room constructions is of 03rd Grade. Besides the plumbing & electrical works completed in the building by the promoter is pathetic. The plumbing work had to be undertaken in a fresh manner by several residents as the same was of extreme poor quality. Most of the residents had to face the problems of damp rooms as the walls got water soaked within six months of handover due to poor quality of construction. The residents of the project were heavily cheated by the promoter. Seems all money of residents has gone to the promoters pocket and has increased his bank balance. Hence it is advisable to all to avoid purchasing properties from Diamond Group. They are only a money making group with no focus on quality. The project could have been built in a much better way by any other promoter of repute.
