I have a flat in Meena Green Apartment , and i had very bad experience with GM Builders. My flat is on 5th floor but the lift never works. Also it took me 3 years from the date of possession to get my garage space. I will not suggest anyone to buy flat from GM Builder. If you have any question/doubt please feel free to contact me, i can share my horrible experience with you.
