Reviews On Merlin Regency

I had booked an apartment in merlin Regency, Kolkata with the expectation that I will get the possession in the year 2009. The property is not handed over to us till date and it is still far from meeting my expectation w.r.t all aspects that a person would expect from a so called reputed builder. There is no clarity on when and where common facility (like swimming pool, Gym, community hall) will come up !! This is really frustrating. The cause of delay in construction as cited(lack of availability of workers!!) is silly and I can only laugh. I stay in Noida, India and I know the turn around time by builders here. Is this something to do with work culture!! I will not recommend anyone to venture with them unless I personally see a better performance by them somewhere else. Parvez Zaman
