This complex is far-away from Metro which is a disadvantage unless a shuttle is run between the Metro Station and the Residential Towers. There is no amphi-theatre to screen movies and hold cultural events.

In Delhi NCR, the Govt. is giving 50% subsidiy for Solar Water Heaters. Even now, it is not too late that Gardenia Grace should provide Solar Hot Water arrangement as separate plumbing work can still be done. The Builder should think seriously about this in the over all interests of not only the residents but also of the country to save power.
