Builder is verbally committing dec 2010 as possession date , but in agreement states March 2012,one of the few idiots who trusted builder and went for registration without checking the agreement - trusting them totally. Takes away 90% of the flat amount within 6 months of booking . Pathetic customer service .Unreliable. 3 BHK super built up is 1486 - carpet area is 1053 -were cramped up . Model flat / Mock up is very different from what will be ultimately delivered .have to struggle with builder to get things done .Construction is very slow , seems like will go the Blue Ridge way- one other delayed project of the builder .Check Rating
