Kumar Palms, Kondhwa , Pune

I purchased Flat in Kumar Palms over a year ago. Although I was taking high pride as it was a first property I purchased in my life. Although the name Kumar Properties has a charm in Pune this project is a total disaster. The Builder has given bad quality hardware almost in every facility provided right from bathroom fittings to the tiles. The worst part is the finishing quality. The tiles have gone out of plane within a few months after I moved in so much for the quality of the Tile laying. The bathroom fittings are suppose to be Jaquar as per the advertisement but only fifty percent rest are all some local makes. The Main door lock is godrej rest all are of local makes. The Toilet is paryware but the Toilet seat is of some cheap local make. If you wanna buy a flat here make sure you bargain for the price as you may be paying too high for low quality stuff.Check Rating
