Reviews On Bavdhan Bungalow Plots

Based on my own experience:- 1)No GYM/Swimming or any facilities. 2)Very near by to a SLUM.(The back side facing flats) 3)They are charging for OPEN PARKING with 1 lac rupee. Which is compulsory!! 4)The flat cost is crossing 42 lacs++++ 5) They are not approved with SBI and forcing us to take loans from HDFC or any other private bank. 6) Overall making a deal with them is like inviting hell to your sweet home :) 6) Construction material is also not of good quality. 7) Side be side one NAALA is going along with the building. which they are calling as RIVER :D So overall its worst property i have ever seen in BAVDHAN.
