The complex is like rat hole. in one corner. during monsoon water fills the society becoz it is after a slope. all flats in this complex have major leakage issues. the security is only for namesake and anyone can enter and leave the complex. the buildings appear sad and sorrowful. the building maintenance and cleanliness are also not very regular. there is a deep slope and a pit after this complex and as per vastu, it is inauspicious to have a house on a slope and a pit on the western side of the house.
