The location is nice, well planned township in small town like rudrapur. Details a of specification required to verified in person by a specialist. Only minus points is rates which are equal to the projects in NOIDA Extn, Gurgaon and Gaziabad. Rate are very high keeping in view of rudrapur town . Property can be purchased if rate are down up to minimum 40%. Also this is leasehold property.Check Rating
