A beautiful place once inside.The temperature is at least three to four degrees lower than chennai. The serenity, lack of pollution, abundance of mango and other trees is striking. The completely gated area makes one feel secure.If the approach roads and sign boards are improved people would flock to buy property here. Safe titles and ownership deeds. Capt R C Rajan
